“The Greens” community included a combination of four floor plans with three elevations each. Each floor plan was carefully laid out to allow privacy for the owners and their guests. A vast majority of buyers in this community were second homeowners and use the homes to entertain guests from all over the world. We were the first builders to offer attached guesthouses in this size of home in North Scottsdale. They were very well received as over 2/3 of our buyers chose that option. Each home had floor to ceiling glass windows and doors, gorgeous spacey patios and lots of stone features to accentuate the stunning views of the Greens at Legend Trails.
