Jerry has been building incredible communities in Arizona for 40 years. The homes at Legend Trail are reputed as the most sought after real estate housing in North Scottsdale. His homes continue to increase their market value year after year.
Jerry has succeeded in acquiring the right mix of location, design and convenience to ensure delivering highly desirable product. He utilizes skills and experiences to identify locations and home designs exciting to the buyer and profitable to the investor, which allows for substantial leverage in a competitive market. He has put together a winning team to develop these sites in the shortest possible time to get them into the market place.
Apart from building multi-million dollars’ real estate, Jerry has raced cars and built airline businesses from the ground up. His reputation is well established and respected in the field of land acquisition, development and real estate sales.

Luther has called home since he moved here to study at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Married to his wife, Rebecca, since 2010, they are proud parents of three extraordinary children who motivate him to pursue excellence in every area of his life.
As a principal of Axberg Homes, Luther's 20 years of experience in construction and home sales across the greater Prescott area, combine with his practical knowledge in development enables Axberg Homes to deliver exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail in every home we build.

Tom Riesmeyer
Project Manager
Tom has 32 years of residential construction, full spectrum experience, from architectural design to project completion.

Tom is responsible for the management of all daily field activities, negotiating all bids
and securing all contracts with subcontractors and material suppliers.
Tom possesses in depth experience with Green Building requirements as required by the State of Arizona. Tom utilizes these advance strategies to build healthy living homes to attract eco-conscious customers.
In working relationship with Jerry Blakemore, Tom was responsible for all aspects of construction in five subdivisions of semi-custom homes.​
Tom carried the responsibility for value-engineering new designs and floor plans for many subdivisions and facilitated the completion of over 800 homes worth $750 million.

With over 30 years in the mortgage industry, Steve Zieser, Senior Loan Advisor, he knows what it takes to guide his clients through the entire home-loan transaction. From application to closing table, Steve’s #1 priority is to put our client’s best interest first, and he works hard to make sure their needs are met.
Steve is committed to always being accessible and helpful, able to answer any questions a customer may have throughout the mortgage loan process. She then ventured into entrepreneurship, opening her own real estate brokerage specializing in new home development sales. Her expertise led her to join a high-end luxury real estate company as the
Development Services Director, where she successfully listed and sold numerous new home
communities.
